Deleting Your Account

Before you delete your Dreamsquare account, here's what you should know.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, display name, and avatar.
• Your reading history, bookmarks, highlights, and notes.
• Your watchlist and viewing history.
• All downloaded content on your devices.
• Your Moon Coins balance (unused coins cannot be recovered).

What is not deleted

• Receipts and billing records — we're required to keep these for legal and tax purposes.
• Any content you purchased outright (non-subscription purchases) may remain accessible if you create a new account with the same email, depending on the title's licence terms.

Before you delete

• Cancel your subscription first to avoid being charged during the deletion process.
• Spend or note your remaining Moon Coins balance — they cannot be refunded after deletion.
• Download any invoices you need from Profile Settings > Subscription > Billing History.

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you're thinking about taking a break instead, consider cancelling your subscription — your data will be preserved, and you can reactivate any time.
