Dreamsquare uses your data to create a better, more personalised experience — never to exploit it.

Personalisation

When you read a book, listen to an audiobook, or watch an episode, Dreamsquare uses that activity to:

• Recommend titles you'll love across all formats.
• Resume your progress exactly where you left off, on any device.
• Surface connections between stories — a book you're reading might unlock a related cinematic series in your recommendations.

Service improvement

We analyse aggregated, anonymised usage patterns to understand what's working and what needs improvement. This helps us decide which titles to add, which features to build, and where to focus our restoration efforts.

Communication

We use your email address to send you account-related messages (subscription confirmations, payment receipts, security alerts). If you've opted in, we may also send you personalised recommendations and news about new releases.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your personal data.
• We never use your reading or viewing data for third-party advertising.
• We never share individually identifiable data with external partners without your explicit consent.

Managing your data

You're in control. In Profile Settings > Account > Privacy, you can:

• Download a copy of all your data.
• Delete specific activity (reading history, viewing history).
• Adjust what data is used for personalisation.
