Offline Viewing

Take the cinematic universe with you — download episodes to your device and watch without WiFi.

How to download

1. Open the Dreamsquare app.
2. Find the episode or series you want to download.
3. Tap the Download icon (arrow pointing down) next to the episode, or tap Download Series to queue all episodes.
4. A progress indicator shows the download status. Once complete, a checkmark appears.

Managing downloads

• View all downloads in My Library > Downloads.
• To remove a download, swipe left on the title and tap Remove, or tap the checkmark icon on the episode page.
• Downloads are available for 30 days after downloading, or 48 hours after you start watching — whichever comes first.

Download quality

You can set your preferred download quality in Profile Settings > Playback > Download Quality. Lower quality uses less storage; higher quality gives a better picture.

Download limits

Your plan determines how many devices can hold downloads simultaneously (up to 4 on myDream+). If you've reached the limit, remove downloads from one device before adding them to another.

Note: Offline viewing requires an active myDream+ subscription. Downloads are removed if your subscription expires.
