Deleting Your Account

We’re sad to see you go, but we understand. Here’s how to permanently delete your Dream Square account.

Before you delete

• Active subscription: Your subscription will be cancelled immediately. No refund is provided for the remaining period.
• Downloaded content: Any offline content will be removed from your devices.
• Purchase history: Credits and purchased audiobooks will be lost permanently.

How to delete your account

1. Log in to your Dream Square account.
2. Go to Profile Settings > Account.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account.
4. Confirm by entering your password.
5. You’ll receive a confirmation email.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your data will be removed within 30 days as per our privacy policy.
