Bookmarks, Highlights & Notes
Keep track of the passages and ideas that move you.
Bookmarks
Your place is saved automatically whenever you close a book. But if you want to mark a specific page to return to:
- Tap the centre of the screen to reveal the toolbar.
- Tap the Bookmark icon in the top right corner.
- A ribbon appears to confirm the page is bookmarked.
To view all your bookmarks, open the book's Table of Contents and switch to the Bookmarks tab.
Highlights
- Press and hold on a word, then drag to select the passage you want to highlight.
- A colour menu appears — choose from yellow, blue, green, or pink.
- The highlighted text is saved automatically.
View all highlights for a book from the Table of Contents > Highlights tab, or see highlights across all your books in My Library > Highlights.
Notes
- Highlight a passage as described above.
- Tap Add Note from the context menu.
- Type your note and tap Save.
Notes are linked to the highlighted passage and visible alongside your highlights.
Syncing
All bookmarks, highlights, and notes sync across your devices in real time. Start annotating on your phone and pick up on your tablet — everything stays in place.
