App crashing on iOS

If the Dreamsquare app is crashing or freezing on your iPhone or iPad, try these steps.

Quick fixes

Force close and reopen — Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-press the Home button), find Dreamsquare, and swipe it away. Then reopen the app.
Restart your device — A fresh restart can resolve many temporary issues.
Check for updates — Open the App Store, tap your profile icon, and scroll down to see if a Dreamsquare update is available.

If crashes continue

Clear the app cache — Go to Profile Settings > Storage > Clear Cache within the Dreamsquare app.
Free up storage — iOS needs free space to run apps smoothly. Check Settings > General > iPhone Storage and remove files or apps you no longer need.
Reinstall the app — Delete Dreamsquare and download it again from the App Store. Your account, library, and progress are safe in the cloud — just sign back in.

Check requirements

Dreamsquare requires iOS 16 or later. If your device is running an older version, update to the latest iOS in Settings > General > Software Update.
